Conspiracy Theory

Is there really a conspiracy theory about the first and the third world countries? Why there is no balance between the wealth of the world? Why are these third world countries remain very poor and yet very rich in natural wealth and continue to be the source of richness of the rich countries?

Assumption #1:

can the third world countries like our country (Philippines) or any other countries poorer than our country can be as powerful as the U.S. or Germany? hmmmm. I don't think so. Maybe these countries (first world) will do their part to maintain their standings not to give these inferior worlds a chance to have a glance to be developed and progressed.

Assumption #2:

When our country was having the opportunity to progress... chaos was created. Many rallies were made and it seems that it's already a crab mentality that makes these happening. It's our political and justice systems made us so.. Why? because these foreign mentality is infiltrated to these corrupt and bogus politics...
